Our Funding Catalyst team began working with Aqua Pure in October 2023. Since then, ing Catalyst Kristina Komarek worked closely with their team, crafting a curated grant strategy to align with Aqua Pure’s business objectives, roadmap, and partnerships.

Aqua Pure Technologies is a privately owned Canadian company operating out of Grande Prairie, Alberta. They develop, manufacture, and operate water treatment solutions for industrial applications.

Our Funding Catalyst team together with the team at Aqua Pure decided to pursue the Emissions Reduction Alberta’s Continuous Intake Program. Now, over a year later, Aqua Pure has secured a $724,000 investment for water management and remediation—an incredible win with massive environmental and industry impact.

This funding is part of a larger announcement from the Province, outlining their investment of nearly $2.7 million from the industry-funded Technology Innovation and Emissions Reduction (TIER) program into three new projects developing technologies to help reduce water use while growing responsible energy production.
